Tune Up Program

Our Tune Up Program
involves spending 3-4 days on site. What we look for are the things
that take the rough edges off your operations and put you onto the path
of maximum profitability and asset value. We use a type of SWOT
(strengths, weakness, opportunities & threats) analysis that
concentrates on our Quad philosophy.
We interact with the
staff, inspect the physical plant and review the financials and internal
paperwork (leases and etc). We also review your advertising and
marketing, and get a thorough understanding of your pricing/discount
programs. Then we perform a complete visit to all of your competition to
see how they stack up.
We then pull all of this
together, along with a current demographic overlay and produce a written
summary of our observations and conclusions.
As each location and
market is different. Each of our Tune Ups are different. Some owners
