Landvest Enters East Atlanta


WICHITA, KS., September, 24, 2021 /PRESS RELEASE/ -- Landvest has announced the opening of another Security Self-Storage in Georgia. This newly built, multi-level storage facility, will add to Landvest's and the Security Self Storage portfolio. Landvest has been operating in Georgia for over ten years after taking over the operations of Iron Horse Self Storage located in Smyrna, Georgia. This joint venture project with NUVO and Clark Investment Group has come out of the gates very strong. This east Atlanta locations offers 24 hour access, video surveillance, a fully covered loading area, and a mix of drive-up, climate controlled and even locker style storage space.
