WICHITA, KANSAS--Landvest Management announced today that they have broke ground on a new self-storage facility in Derby, Kansas. “We’re excited to expand our footprint into Derby! We have operated in the Wichita MSA since 1985 and we are excited to expand our business into Derby,” said Brian Byrd, Chief Operations Officer. “There is no doubt that this facility will impress our neighbors, our customers, and the community as a whole. These will be the most state-of-the-art self-storage facility in the area!”
This new facility, located at Rock and Madison, will operate under the name of Derby Storage. This will be Landvest’s first storage facility in Derby. Landvest operates four other storage locations in Kansas and nearly 50 nationwide.
