Chief Financial Officer / Principal

Jeff has been involved in the self-storage industry since 2001. A lifelong resident of Kansas, and Wichita State graduate, Jeff relocated to the western slope of Colorado to operate his CPA practice, prior to entering the self storage industry.

Additionally, Jeff brings his wholesale/retail strategy to the self-storage business which directly impacts revenue management, loss prevention controls and unit/inventory management.  As an operationally sound CFO, Jeff ‘s team produces financial statements that are easy to understand and dissect.

Jeff is the father of five adult children and a very proud grandfather of six. In his free time, Jeff enjoys biking, fishing, kayaking and "getting off of the grid". His past experience as a mountain rescue team member helps him navigate well during those back country winter trips with family and friends.
